Energy and Climate Law Quarterly

About

The Energy Climate Law Quarterly (ECLQ) is an open-access interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary review, which covers publishes in diverse areas including law, policy, and political science. The volumes of the journal may therefore be thematic, in which case invited editors to collect contributions and coordinate their publication, or ordinary, in particular when they publish free columns. The journal focuses on topical issues relating to energy and climate law and policy.

The journal guarantees free access to its research apparatus by making all its publications available online free of charge. The works published by the journal are intended both for the academic world and for populations. In this respect, the journal encourages authors to develop a balanced discourse across the lines of their work, so as not to hinder the access capacity of non-specialists.
